Rachel McAdams (Regina George)
Best known for her roles in Mean Girls and The Notebook, McAdams has enjoyed a career resurgence of late and earned her first Oscar nomination last year for her performance in Spotlight. (She also got to shift Domhnall Gleeson in About Time.)
She has a number of projects on the horizon including Sherlock Holmes 3 and a comedy with Jason Bateman.
Amanda Seyfried (Karen Smith)
Amanda Seyfried won us over with her performance as Karen Smith in Mean Girls. More recently, she’s been seen in movies like Lovelace, While We’re Young, Ted 2 and A Million Ways to Die in the West.
The actress is currently expecting her first child with fiancé Thomas Sadoski and has been documenting the whole thing on Instagram. (Side-note: she refers to herself as ‘Mingey’ on Instagram.)
Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Wiener)
These days, Lacey Chabert is mostly in the business of starring in made-for-TV/straight-to-DVD movies. Here are the names of some films she has starred in over the past few years:

Lizzy Caplan (Janis Ian)
Caplan first caught our attention as the sassy, scheming Janis Ian in Mean Girls. The actress just wrapped a four-year stint on Masters of Sex with Michael Sheen and was most recently seen in the Brad Pitt/Marion Cotillard vehicle Allied.
She’s also racked up credits in Now You See Me 2, The Interview and The Night Before. Not bad.
Fun fact: she’s the godmother to Busy Philipps’ daughter.
Daniel Franzese
Daniel Franzese stole the show (and our hearts) as Damian in Mean Girls. The 38-year-old actor has worked steadily since then appearing in television shows like HBO’s Looking and ABC’s Conviction, and working as a stand-up comedian.
Franzese came out in 2014 and has since become an ambassador for the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation.
He also has a delightfully thirsty Instagram bio.

Jonathan Bennett
You’ll remember Jonathan Bennett as Aaron Samuels, the object of Lindsay Lohan’s affection in Mean Girls.
Nowadays, Bennett is a television host who mostly appears on cookery competition shows. His IMDb indiciates that he has hosted Cupcake Wars, Cake Wars and Halloween Wars. That’s a lot of wars!
He also enjoyed a stint on Dancing with the Stars in 2014. He came 9th.
Best of all, he continues to embrace his Mean Girls roots.

Tina Fey (Ms. Norbury)
Since writing Mean Girls in 2004, Tina Fey has become a force to be reckoned with and a comedy hero to many. She created and starred in 30 Rock. She hosted the Golden Globes with her pal Amy Poehler. She created Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt for Netflix. And now she has another TV show in the works.
She can’t stop and won’t stop.
Ana Gasteyer (Cady’s Mom)
Like many of her co-stars, Ana Gasteyer originally hailed from Saturday Night Live. Over the last decade or so, you’ve probably seen her in television shows like Lady Dynamite, The Goldbergs and Suburgatory. She has also done stints in musicals like Wicked.
Fun fact: she has a child named Ulysses.
Neil Flynn (Cady’s Dad)
Neil Flynn is probably best known for his role as the janitor in Scrubs, but he has also starred in family sitcom The Middle since 2009. Starring in a long-running family sitcom? Now that’s the life.
Amy Poehler (I’m A Cool Mom)
Since starring as the ‘cool Mom’ all those moons ago, Amy Poehler has emerged as a comedy powerhouse, starring on Saturday Night Live and Parks and Recreation, and producing Broad City.
She will next be seen in The House opposite Will Ferrell, a comedy about a couple who set up an illegal casino.
Tim Meadows
The comedy actor, known for playing the high school principal in Mean Girls, has landed plum roles in several comedies like Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, Semi-Pro, Trainwreck, Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2.
He can currently be seen in the comedy series Son of Zorn.
Rajiv Surendra (Kevin G)
You probably remember Rajiv Surendra as the rapping mathlete Kevin Gnapoor. Most recently, Surendra wrote a book entitled The Elephants in My Backyard about his failed attempts to get cast in Life of Pi. (No, really.)
He’s also very fond of knitting and documents his arts and crafts on Facebook. He was once chastised by Irish people for referring to a ‘gansey’ as a British jumper.
Jill Morrison (She Doesn’t Even Go Here)
She delivered one of the greatest lines in movie history, but what’s Jill Morrison up to now? The actress is still working steadily as an actress and has landed small roles in films like Big Eyes, 2012 and Tooth Fairy.
